I have diagnosed with high BP for last 8 months . after taking stamlo 5 it was not control. but from last month i have started taking telma 20 along with stamlo. now its in the range of 180-18576-90 . but i am experiencing some problem like breathlessness, sometime its serious cant able to breath for some second. sudden feel of drop heart beat. an

My SPO2 level is more than 95 but still I feel breathlessness at times. Its happening only today. Is it anything to worry?
