However, the endometrium is described as "heterogeneous" and measuring 8mm at the fundal region, with some endometrial contents (10x5mm) that show vascularity.- The right ovary is normal in size, but the left ovary has a simple cyst (3.5x2.5cm) without any complex features.- There's minimal fluid in the pelvis.The impression mentions small retained products of conception and a small simple cyst on the left ovary.
