I only smoke around 2 cigarettes a day, so I'm really wondering what my chances are of having lung cancer right now. Also, what kind of tests should I think about if I want to check for it? I could really use some guidance here.

View allI'm dealing with this constant tightness in my chest, and I've got some really stressful breathing. Sometimes I even get this sharp, localized pain, but it's weird because it doesn't always hit the same spot. It's been over a year now. The pain comes and goes, but the tightness and breathing issues just aren't letting up. I smoke a lot, and I know that's probably a big part of the problem. But until I figure out how to quit, do you have any medical advice that might help?
take tablet zerodol twice a day

I tested positive for COVID on July 4th and got a negative result on July 13th. I'm still having issues though. I get really tired quickly, especially when going up stairs. I can manage to walk for about 20 minutes but anything beyond that and I start feeling exhausted and have this heavy sensation in my chest. I've had a chest X-ray, a D-dimer test, and CRP tests, and all came back normal. My SpO2 levels are consistently at 98. Should I be concerned about this? How long might it take before this weakness goes away?
do stress test and proceed

I'm a smoker and I go through more than 10 cigarettes a day. I'm really worried about the tar buildup in my lungs. What can I do to clean it out or at least reduce it?
Congratulations on taking the first step towards quitting smoking and cleaning your lungs! Here's a comprehensive solution to help remove tar from your lungs: Natural Remedies 1. Drink plenty of water: Hydration helps flush out toxins, including tar. 2. Steam inhalation: Inhale steam from a bowl of hot water or a steam humidifier to loosen mucus and tar. 3. Ginger and turmeric: Consume ginger and turmeric tea or add them to your meals to help reduce inflammation and promote healing. 4. Vitamin C-rich foods: Eat foods high in vitamin C, such as citrus fruits, bell peppers, and leafy greens, to boost your immune system and fight oxidative stress.
