  5. I've been experiencing some weird sensations when I wake up early in the morning. It feels like something is fluttering in my chest or heart, and I get really uneasy with mild breathlessness and sometimes feel light-headed. My pulse seems to stay between 60 to 80, and my oxygen level is usually at 99, but I find myself swallowing suddenly and taking deep breaths without realizing it. My blood pressure was 9762 the first time I checked and 10869 the second time, with a pulse of 73. I had an ECG, 2D echo, and troponin tests done about a month ago, and they were all normal. I dont have any thyroid issues, and my lipid profile and haemogram were also normal. Even my chest X-ray from a month ago didn't show anything out of the ordinary. Now and then, I have a mild cough, and my lips get really dry when I wake up. I even heard a mild wheezing sound when I laughed. Should I be worried about these symptoms? What could be causing these sensations?
