I have raised bumps near vagina and butt cheeks. Initially it appeared in a smaller ring and little low raised acnes. Its been a week and now it has grown to bigger acnes like a raised skin and the circle has spread to a bigger one. I dont know what it is but it burns on even touching it. The acnes look to dry but there is a continuous burning sensation after a light touch to it. Also, having clear but more vaginal discharge than usual. Please help.
