I had vaginal intercourse two nights ago, and initially, I thought the mild pain was normal, but then I experienced sharp and excruciating pain in my lower abdomen and rectum right after. It was so bad I could barely stand or walk. I had difficulty peeing, passing gas, felt bloated, and even vomited. What could be causing this pain, and should I be worried?
