It's common to experience significant hair fall after a stressful event like dengue, known as telogen effluvium. This type of hair loss is usually temporary, and hair often regrows within 3-6 months. In the meantime, you may benefit from hair-strengthening treatments like biotin or specialized shampoos, but it's best to consult a dermatologist for personalized advice.
