Ive been having a painful lump between my buttocks near the tailbone, and its making it really hard to sit comfortably. I looked it up, and it seems like it could be a pilonidal cyst based on the symptoms. Is there anything I can do for instant relief from this pain?

that coul be pemphigous which is a microbial infection,visit your dermatologist for appropriate treatment.
