I am having pain in the area inside ribs on both sides of body just below the breasts majorly inside left ribs just below my left breast .Also I can feel swelling .it is happening from past many days .my breathing is normal but sometimes.it is taking effort to take deep breaths.

Ecg and x-ray chest is advised to the patient.

I feel short of breating in night during bed time, 
Any time my sneezing start. I take foracort inhaler and montair for control the situation but thats temporary. I need permanent solution.

That could be due to allergy,try to identify the allergen and avoid it, visit Physician for evaluation and appropriate management

Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin 625mg orally,thrice dailly for 5 days,tab levocetrizine 10 mg for 5 days and syrup salbutoml 10 ml thrice dailly for 5 days.
