there is no relation between headache and acne only if its herpes ,your complaints seem like regular acne and migraine, visit your doctor for appropriate treatment .

I am suffering from severe itching in butt crack area. I live in mumbai and due to humid environment retain lot of sweat in that area. I also have thik body hair. Even a gentle rub causes burning sensation due to itching.

I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole (brand name Canesten) twice a day in the affected area. Keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose cotton underwear to allow for better air circulation. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine (brand name Zyrtec) to help with the itching. If the symptoms persist, consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
