I am feeling difficult in breathing and need to open mouth in between. Although I have normal breathing and no issues while sleeping. But I feel as if something is blocked. And feel something stuck near my throat. I don't have fever or body ache. I feel heavy near chest and also feel gastric. I did hold my breath for 30 sec and had no issues but I need to take long breath with open mouth and it still doesn't feel satisfactory

Ive been dealing with asthma for about 5 years now and have been using Seroflo 250, but lately, it doesnt seem to be working as well. Ive heard about Foracort 200 and wondering if it might be more effective for me. Is it a better option than Seroflo?
