How much loss of smell and taste is a covid symptom? Is it to that extent that unable to smell that is very near and differentiate between salt and sweet? 
I am currently unable to smell something that is little far and able to taste but no cold, headache but little weakness.. 
can you please suggest if those are the symptoms?
