Hi, Ive been dealing with a skin infection in the groin area for about 20-25 days. Theres a foul smell coming from the skin on my inner thigh below the scrotum, and Ive noticed blackish discoloration around the affected area. Theres also a thin, white milky layer over the infection. When I wear tight clothes, I get a burning sensation on a small part of the skin while walking. Ive been using Clotrimazole, but its not giving me any relief. Do you have any advice on what could help with this?
