Hi I'm having breathlessness since 2 weeks. Got CBC count where WBC was 9700, igE-2700 (high) and absolute eosinophil count is 500. ESR is 31. Breathlessness is too much at night every day when lying flat on bed. Tingling and numb sensation in hands and feet. ECG normal.
What is the reason and please suggest medicine for the same.

My mother's sputum test namely AFB culture after 3 weeks came negative but Genexpert came positive.  She has tree in bud pattern infection with one small mass lesion in ct scan.
So is this a tb or any other infection or malignancy?
