Iam 24 years old and a smoker from past 5 years .. from sometime Iam having pain at centre of my chest . Though when Iam in a normal posture their is no pain but when I stretch my hand either left or right putting pressure on the chest I feel a pinching pain inside the chest or when I warm up for an exercise and move both hands then also .. while sleeping in one positio makes me feel I have a pinching kind of object inside chest .
