Hi doctor,
Yesterday after food choking ,i got cough and after that i vomited ,during vomiting i felt like my whole body was shaken and after that i got sholder pain ,neck pain and arms pain and a burning sensation in chest along with sharp pain and from that time onwards whenever i sneeze or cough i am getting sharp pain in left side chest ..can you please explain what is condition and medicine for the same ??

Probable diagnosis is GERD .Patient is advised tab pan d ,orally for 14 days and syrup sucralfate 10 ml thrice daily for 7 days .

Yes ,continue flu vaccination every year .Side-effects include fever,pain at the site of injection ,rash,swelling ,headache and allergic reactions.

I had coivd last month was doing fine then but now after 15 days of recovery i started productive cough and pain while cpughing mild i got xray done and it comes with hilar lymphadenopathy,o2 99% ,bp normal,no fever,today i done cbc count report attc...
