Hi doctor, Ive had milia seeds on my eyelids for about 5-6 years. Ive seen multiple doctors over the past year, but nothing has worked. Ive even tried laser treatments that burn the top layer of skin, but the milia keeps coming back. Is there a permanent solution, and do you know what might be causing this?

Suffering from infection in inner thighs near penis (May be fungal)....So much itching is happening in this place..Worried about that....Using itchguard from last 4 days....
Please suggest what to do as it is itching too much....

You may have a fungal infection in the groin area. In addition to using Itchguard cream, I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream twice daily on the affected area for 2 weeks. Probable diagnosis is psoriasis,eczema,hypothyroidism,injury,rheumatoid arhritis, melanonychia,Hiv,cancer and anemia etc. vit b12 deficiency .Most causes of black lines do not require treatment..Melanoma is a exception.Treatment of the underlying cause .
