Hi Doctor, I've been experiencing pain on the upper left side of my waist for the last 3 days. It started after I came back from the gym, and it feels like muscular pain. However, it's been getting worse over the last few days. I also sometimes feel a little dizzy. I'm a mother of an 11-month-old and only started working out a few weeks ago. Could this be related to the workout, or should I be concerned about something else?
That could be gastritis or muscle cramp,take adequate rest and consume bland diet for a better result.
