Hi doctor, I've been dealing with a fungal infection for the past 2 years. Every time I take medication, it goes away, but after a few months, the problem comes back. I've been using the medicine regularly for 2 to 3 months, but my weight has increased and the issue isn't going away completely. Now, the infection has spread to my private parts and isn't getting better. Im using Sapat lotion and cream, which gives me some relief, but I really want this to be completely gone.
