Hi doctor, Im 20 now, but Ive been dealing with worsening acne since I was 15. I tried an Ayurvedic treatment, but it didnt help much. Then, a dermatologist prescribed me clarithromycin and tretinoin cream. After using them for a month, I saw a small improvement, but it was short-lived, and now my acne is worse again. Is there any permanent solution for this?

Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.
