Every morning when I get up my nose is blocked and due to which I have difficulty in breathing. This is happening from past 2 days. Please help me out in this, and is it a symptom of corona virus?

Probable diagnosis is Gerd, patient is advised pan d ,orally.once daily for 14 days before food..Avoid spicy foods.
