I have dry coughing problem.. but this only happens at night when i am in deep sleep..

Patient girl 10 yrs; fever is gone after taking cefprozil, Alex P,Bifilac and Pritexyl-ls junior but dry cough persists majorly at night leading to loss of sleep.Now taking Kasna(jiva) and Septilin(hIMALAYA) since yesterday but cough persists

During my GAMMCA medical checkup for the Gulf, they found a scar in my chest x-ray. The doctor said it doesnt cause any health issues, but the Gulf Medical Council wont accept it. Is there any way to remove this scar with medication, or will it alway...
