Hello Doctor, Im 34 weeks pregnant and got my ultrasound report with the following details. Can you help explain what they mean?- Fetal growth parameters: - BPD: 86 mm- HC: 312 mm- FL: 69 mm- AC: 304 mm- Estimated fetal weight: 2.5 kg- Amniotic fluid: Normal (AFI 12)- Placenta: Posterior, grade 2 maturity, upper segment- No obvious anomalies found at presentDoppler study results:- Umbilical artery: - PSV 36 cm/s - EDV 15 cm/s- PI 0.84 - S/D 2.3 - Diastolic filling: Good- Uterine artery right: 0.34- Fetal MCA Doppler trace: Within normal limitsIt says there's a single live fetus in vertical lie with the head low position. The estimated gestational age is 34-35 weeks with no IUGR, and all Doppler parameters are normal. Theres no sign of fetal-placental insufficiency or cord around the fetal neck. Could you please explain if everything looks good for my pregnancy and if theres anything to be concerned about?
