I'm feeling pin like pain in my chest and my back in January I feel so much pain in my chest bt now I feel pin like pain on my chest

Patient is advised tab augmentin duo 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

I Don't know if It's coming out of throat or lungs but It has become everyday's routine.. thick phlegm.. Little but grey...I'm a non smoker and the aqi is good in the city..Chest ct normal, pft normal, still facing desaturation every day for Once..
