Stress and Menstrual Cycle:
- Stress can indeed cause heavier periods by affecting hormone balance.
- It impacts hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle, leading to changes in flow and duration.
-
Physical Effects:
- High stress levels may disrupt ovarian and uterine function, resulting in heavier bleeding.
-
Other Considerations:
- Heavy periods can also be due to hormonal imbalances, fibroids, or thyroid issues.
-
Recommendation:
- Consult a healthcare provider if you notice sudden changes or persistent heavy periods. They can identify the cause and suggest treatment or lifestyle changes.

View allI'm feeling really concerned because my husband mentioned he's not satisfied during our intimate moments. He says my vagina feels loose, and it's too wet and sticky, which seems to be putting him off. I'm a mom of two kids, and I'm just not sure what to do about this. Can you give me some advice?

My wife is about 5.5 weeks pregnant and we had an ultrasound done. The doctor gave us an MTP Kit but we can't remember how were supposed to take it. With all the stuff happening because of COVID, we're really trying to avoid another visit to the hospital. Can you explain the steps for taking the MTP Kit?
