Can I sanitise my derma roller with dettolsavlon to use it on my face. Please brief about the sanitising process as well

My brother has been also suffering from Alopecia and has been taking steroids Aretha 50mg, betnesol fort 1 mg and more. 
I was wondering if taking so much of steroids affect any organs or the sperm count?

no need to worry ,low dose of steroids wont affect any organ,use those prescribed drugs for a period prescribed by your doctor and there is no such relation of these drugs on sperm count.
