Why is my urine red?

If you have a clear urine then you are having sufficient amount of water.
If you have liver problems then you might pass dark coloured urine such as cola, amber, orange and brown. You are recommended to consult with a hepatologist without any delay if you suspect having liver ailments.
Diluted urine is usually pale yellow or transparent in colour. However, it does not give accurate results.
Urochrome determines the colour of your urine. It is produced by your body breaking down hemoglobin, the protein that carries oxygen in your red blood cells. In most situations, the color of your urine will depend on how diluted this pigment is. Having a lot of B-vitamins in your bloodstream can also cause urine to appear neon yellow.
It means either you are drinking a lot of water or you are having a viral infection. You are recommended to consult with a doctor if you continue to pass white urine.
