If you have a clear urine then you are having sufficient amount of water.
Urine colour usually indicates dehydration or detects kidney problems and urine infections early.
This means that the collected urine sample had no sugar present in it.
Vitamins contain riboflavin that when consumed passes via urine and gives a bright yellow colour.
Diluted urine is usually pale yellow or transparent in colour. However, it does not give accurate results.
