At times, blood sugar levels can go upto 90 or 95 mg/dl and this can be non diabetic peak base levels. One needs to keep testing to prevent diabetes.
An ideal fasting blood glucose level is below 100mg/dl.
It means that your body is storing glucose in the blood stream and you fall under the category prediabetes
A blood sugar level under 100mg/dl is normal. Anything above that is slight hyperglycemia and should be immediately dealt with in the diabetic clinic.
