If a person has cancer, can he/she have a normal blood test?

Two types cancers be detected, they are leukemia & lymphomas.
Neutrophils are sometimes reffered to as polymorphous in the CBC diffrential test.
Male: 4.7 to 6.1 million cells/mcL. Female: 4.2 to 5.4 million cells/mcL.
CBC with a differential platelet test is for monitoring anemia and other conditions such as infections in the body.
Bone marrow test is further done to probe aplastic anemia and other related conditions.
