It is first found through routine blood test report and then a hepatologist will confirm cirrhosis.

Your doctor may suspect you have fatty liver disease if your blood test shows increased levels of the liver enzymes alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST)
Before testing you are recommended to take an opinion from a doctor. Ideally a hepalogist.
A blood sample is taken from the vein and tested for liver abnormalities.
A bilirubin in urine test measures the levels of bilirubin in your urine. Normally, urine doesn't have any bilirubin. If there is bilirubin n your urine, it may be an early sign of a liver condition.
