My 5 years 4 months old daughter, weighing 19 kg, has been having fever. We visited the hospital and the doctor advised CALPAL if fever is more than 101F and MEFTHAL P if more than 101F, and asked us to revisit after 2 days if the fever persisted. Is the declining platelet count related to that, or could it be a sign of another problem? I have attached my hematology report for reference.
