No, drugs are not detected in simple blood tests.

CBC test shows the nutritional status and the number of white blood cells, red blood cells and platelet count which can help detect cancers such as leukemia and lymphoma.
When you get the report there is a reference range and result column if the result is within the reference range then your report is normal and if it is not then you must take advice from an expert doctor
It takes about 24 hours max to test blood before entering the blood bank
