Ive been dealing with dandruff for a while, and I was prescribed Topisal 6%, but it wasnt available at the store, so they gave me Propysalic NF instead. Is Propysalic NF just as effective as Topisal 6%, or should I look for something else?
Propysalic NF contains clobetasol propionate and salicylic acid, which are effective in treating dandruff. However, it may have a different potency compared to Topisal 6%, which contains clobetasol propionate only. Propysalic NF can be effective in treating dandruff, but if you are not seeing the desired results, you may consider switching back to Topisal 6% for better control of your dandruff. Follow the prescribed dosage and application instructions for optimal results.
