View allI'm really worried because I've been eating raw rice for the past six months and can't seem to stop. I've also noticed my body weight and blood sugar levels are going up quickly. What could be causing this, and how can I break this habit?
you can try Wholegrain basmati rice as it has the lowest glycemic index

I'm feeling really hungry all of a sudden, and it happened just last night. I'm a bit worried could this be a sign of diabetes? Can you tell me if theres any reason for concern? Please let me know.
You are still 23 years and hungry at night is not a symptoms of diabetes , nothing to worry, you might have had less food in supper or it could be gastritis ,that's it , have sufficient food at each time , sleep well , don't imagine diseases

I'm a bit worried about my height because I'm 16 and only 5'3". My dad is around 5'7" or 5'8" and my mom's height ranges between 5'4" and 5'3". I've heard that having a beard at a young age might mean I'm done growing taller, and I have a lot of facial hair. My doctor mentioned that my hand growth plates are fused. Does this mean I can't get any taller or is there still a chance I might grow more?
No
