What exactly is an apical pleural cap? I recently had a chest X-ray, and it showed bilateral apical pleural capping. I'm kinda worried and wondering what this means and what kind of treatment options are available. Can you help me understand this better?

I'm a bit confused and worried because my Mantoux test showed a big reaction, 25x27mm, but my chest CT scan only suggests the possibility of tuberculosis. Ive got no symptomsno cough or fever or anything like that. Should I really start TB medication even though I feel perfectly fine? I'm just not sure if I actually have tuberculosis.
