The five warning signs of stroke are: Sudden onset of weakness or numbness on one side of the body. Sudden speech difficulty or confusion. Sudden difficulty seeing in one or both eyes. Sudden onset of dizziness, trouble walking or loss of balance. Sudden, severe headache with no known cause.

I have diffuse disc bulges from C3 to C6 and take pregabalin and tramadol but still need aceclofenac 100mg twice daily for proper pain relief. Physiotherapy didn't help and multiple doctors say surgery isn't an option. Is it safe to keep taking aceclofenac long-term? I'm taking vertin and stemetil for my vertigo just like my doctor recommended, but I'm still having one or two vertigo episodes even with the meds. Plus, it seems to happen more when my stomach's empty. Is this normal? I've also had migraines for 20 years now. Does vertin actually stop vertigo completely?

You seem to be suffering from vestibular migraine. You may need long term migraine prophylaxis. Simple anti vertigo medicines are not really useful

My wife has been dealing with headaches for the past 3 years, and over the last 45 months, they've gotten really severe. An MRI scan showed she has an arachnoid cyst. The pain is mostly at the back of her head, and sometimes when it's really bad, she feels like vomiting. Is there any treatment for this, or can it be cured without surgery?
