Sir, My father hospitalized for 30 days due to covid and in 20 days he is ICU with ventilator (NIV) Support.After diagnosis with covid 19 he is suffering with pulmonary fibrosis.The CT chest(plain) states the following:- CT CHEST (PLAIN) TECHNIQUE : CT Study of Chest was performed on 128 Detector Row Multislice CT Scanner. FINDINGS : Followup case of COVID-19 pneumonia with severe changes. Trachea and major bronchi are normal in course and calibre. No evidence of any luminal filling defects. No significant mediastinal lymphadenopathy. Diffuse ground glass attenuation with subpleural interlobular and intralobular septal thickening, traction bronchiectasis and bronchiolectasis in bilateral lung fields. Mild centrilobular emphysematous changes in right upper lobe. No evidence of pleural effusion thickening. Mildly elevated right dome of diaphragm. Visualised sections of Liver and Spleen are normal in attenuation. Small cyst in left lobe of liver.Is this condition is reversible?

Small cyst in the lleft lobe .Patient is advised pulmoologist opinion .
