My recent blood test showed high eosinophil and RBC counts, and Ive been dealing with a skin infection for a few days. Can you help me understand what this means and suggest treatment?

High eosinophil counts my be due to infections,asthma,leukemia,fungal infections,auto -immune diseases, allergic reactions ,antibiotcs and hodgkins lymphomass etc.High RBC counts is seen in lung diseases, dehydration,smoking,sleep apnea,renal carcinoma,congenital heart diseases.etc.

Ive been using Deriva BPO gel for my moderate acne for about a week, and while the redness I had is now gone, Ive noticed some dark patches around my mouth. Could this be hyperpigmentation caused by the gel, or might it be something else?

side effects include nausea, headache etc , continue all the medications ..

I've been using Patchex tablets and Mel Bild solution for the past two months. The Mel Bild seems to work on the patches but new ones keep appearing. What should I do to stop this from happening?

It seems like the current treatment is not fully effective in preventing the formation of new patches. I recommend adding a topical corticosteroid like Clobetasol cream to help reduce inflammation and prevent the development of new patches. Apply a thin layer of Clobetasol cream on the affected areas once daily for 4 weeks, then gradually taper off.

I have fair skin, but Ive noticed that my neck and forehead are darker. Im not sure if its okay to use cream for this, but if it is, Id like to start using it. Is it safe or normal to have this discoloration?
