My mom's 53 and she's got diabetes and this dust allergy thing going on. She randomly got short of breath today and couldn't talk, which panicked us a bit. She usually gets mild asthma when she's near dust, but today it hit out of nowhere with no dust around. After taking Asthalin, she felt better. I'm curious about what could've triggered this sudden asthma attack without being around dust, and is it okay for her to use Asthalin every day?

View allI've been having trouble with my nose getting blocked every morning around 5 a.m. for the past few days. I'm currently taking Telma 20 mg and Montair R10 once a day in the morning, along with using the Seretide 500 inhaler twice a day. Could any of these meds be influencing my symptoms, or is there something else going on? Any idea why this might be happening?
take otrivin nasal spray , as and when required

I'm really worried. I've been having a constant temperature between 99.2 and 99.6 for over a month and a half now. We did all the tests like blood and urine cultures and they came back negative. I've taken the usual antibiotics but they didn't help. My doctor suggested a chest CT and now there's a suspicion of TB. He mentioned getting a TB test, but I don't have any cough or cold, so we can't do a sputum test. Could you take a look at the CT scan and let me know if it really looks like TB? Also, are there any other confirmatory tests we can do for TB apart from the sputum test?
CBNAAT is the confirmatory test for tuberculosis

I'm feeling really worried because I've had symptoms like a fever around 100F, a lot of coughing, and this weird pressure on the left side of my chest and back for the last four days. I've stayed at home, isolated myself, and took a COVID test, but I don't have the results yet. I also have asthma and allergies to dust and smoke. Could you please suggest what precautions to take and if there's any medication I should consider?
tab paracetamol,Tab mucinac, tab zerodol , review after results
