My little one is 2 years and 2 months old, and I'm thinking about starting Junior Horlicks Stage 1. I'm unsure what the right age is since I noticed that both the Stage 1 and Stage 2 packs mention not giving it to children under 2 years old, but there's no more detailed age info. Could you help me with when might be a good time to start?

I'm really worried about my 3-year-old nephew. His CRP levels have been elevated 45 times over the past eight months, even though all his other tests, like the CBC and urine exams, come back normal. His CRP is currently at 20. Before, he would have a fever when the CRP level increased, but this time he's just not eating well and has been vomiting. What could be causing these recurring raised CRP levels? What steps should we take?

_Self-Care Measures_ 1. _Apply heat_: Use a warm towel or heating pad to relax muscles and increase blood flow. 2. _Stretching exercises_: Gently tilt your head to the left, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat 10-15 times. 3. _Improve posture_: Maintain good posture to reduce strain on your neck muscles. 4. _Take regular breaks_: If you have a desk job, take breaks every hour to stretch and move around. _Pain Relief Options_ 1. _Over-the-counter pain relievers_: Try acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil). 2. _Topical creams or ointments_: Apply topical creams or ointments containing capsaicin, menthol, or methyl salicylate. _When to Seek Medical Attention_ 1. _Severe pain_: If pain is unbearable or worsens over time. 2. _Numbness or tingling_: If you experience numbness or tingling sensations in your arms or legs. 3. _Difficulty moving_: If you have trouble moving your neck or arms. 4. _Fever or swelling_: If you have a fever or swelling in your neck.

I'm really worried because my two-year-old swallowed an apricot seed. Should I give him a banana or is there something else I should do? I'm not sure how to handle this.

Penile traction devices*: These are FDA-approved, non-surgical devices that may help increase penis length. However, results are generally modest (around 1-2 cm). 2. *Penile exercises*: Some exercises, like jelqing or penile stretching, may help improve blood flow and potentially lead to slight increases in penis length. However, these claims are largely anecdotal and not scientifically proven. 3. *Surgical options*: In some cases, surgical procedures like penile lengthening or enlargement may be considered. However, these procedures carry risks and are typically reserved for individuals with micropenis or significant penile trauma. _Important Reminders_ 1. *Be realistic*: Understand that significant increases in penis length are unlikely. 2. *Prioritize overall health*: Focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, balanced diet, and good mental well-being. 3. *Avoid unproven products*: Steer clear of products or supplements claiming to dramatically increase penis length, as they are often ineffective and may be harmful.
