My little one is 2 years and 2 months old, and I'm thinking about starting Junior Horlicks Stage 1. I'm unsure what the right age is since I noticed that both the Stage 1 and Stage 2 packs mention not giving it to children under 2 years old, but there's no more detailed age info. Could you help me with when might be a good time to start?

My son had some beetroot rice this afternoon, and now his urine has turned a pinkish color 34 times. Should I be worried about this, or is it normal?

Don't worry, the pink color in your son's urine is likely due to the betalains, a pigment found in beetroot, which can temporarily change urine color; this condition is harmless and should resolve on its own within 24 hours as the pigment is excreted from the body.

Hey, I'm 15 and sometimes I masturbate. I've noticed that my height isn't really increasing. I'm currently 5 feet 6 inches and I'm wondering if this could be the reason why I'm not getting taller. Is this something I should be worried about?

Masturbation does not have any direct impact on your height. Height is primarily determined by genetics and overall health. If you are concerned about your height, I recommend focusing on maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise, and getting enough sleep to support your growth.

My baby is 2.5 months old now. When she was just 2 weeks old, she needed to go through phototherapy for jaundice and was also in the NICU due to low birth weight. Since the therapy, her skin has become much darker, even though she was really fair when she was born. I'm worried about her skin color now. Is there something I can do to help her skin, or will it lighten over time?

The darkening of your baby's skin after phototherapy for jaundice is likely due to the treatment's effect on melanin production; however, it's essential to consult your pediatrician to rule out any underlying conditions, and in the meantime, maintain good skincare habits, such as gentle bathing, moisturizing, and sun protection, and avoid using any harsh or bleaching products on your baby's skin.
