Consulted pulmonologist, but doctor told to repeat COVID test, since these will be possibility of false negative. Got him admitted in a hospital and they are giving these 5 tablets at a time. My dad 50 years old fully vaccinated tested positive for covid yesterday. But his oxygen saturation is 93-94. He is asthmatic . Is it normal ? Does it indicate infection in his lungs ? Will breathing exercises help in increasing the spo2 level ?

I have a lung problem and have also had surgery on my nose. I used to take Seretra 80mg for my asthma, but now my ENT doctor has prescribed Montek LC as an anti-allergy. Is it safe to take both Seretra 80mg and Montek LC together?

Accepted Answer

Only seretra is not enough for asthma. You will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.

I am attaching my xray , 2 months after i got discharge.
