I want to ask for my 15 months old baby Daugter, she has developed a kind of small Cyst or Chalezion inside her upper eye lid, she keeps on rubbing her eyes, at present there are no signs of redness in eyes (photo attached)

That could be Chalazion,do not try to squeeze it,it will resolve on its own, visit Ophthalmologist for appropriate management
