After he got diagnosed with covid-19, he's also dealing with pulmonary fibrosis. The CT scan says it's a follow-up case of covid-19 pneumonia with severe changes, and mentions things like ground glass attenuation, septal thickening, traction bronchiectasis, and bronchiolectasis in his lungs. There's also some emphysematous changes in his right upper lobe and mild elevation of the right diaphragm dome. The liver and spleen look normal, but there's a small cyst in his liver's left lobe. I'm really worried is this something that can get better?
