My dad had an angioplasty last month, and they put in a stent, but he's been feeling dizzy about 10 days afterward. Any idea what could be causing this? I'm really worried and not sure what to do next.

I'm a 31-year-old guy and have been experiencing chest pain since September 2017. All my tests like ECG, echocardiography, lipid profile, TMT, and CT coronary angiogram have come back normal. I also get pain in my hand and jaw, along with dizziness every day. My cardiologists told me it's anxiety disorder, but I'm still worried because the pain is persistent. The doctor has prescribed flavedon MR 35 to take twice a day and said to continue for a month. Should I expect to stop the medication after one month if the symptoms persist, or is this something I might need long-term? I'm just trying to figure out if this plan seems right given my symptoms.

Yes you can use it no problem and as your doctor said you might be having Anxiety disorder, visit Psychiatrist for appropriate management

I'm experiencing this sharp pain in my left chest, like someone is poking me with a needle. It's been happening for the last 34 hours, not continuously, but I notice it every few months. It's not regular, but it keeps coming back. What could be causing this?

pain could be a cause of either myocardal infarction, acid reflux and could be either pericarditis or pericardial efusion or it could be precordial catch syndrome

I'm having some neck and shoulder pain and got an ECG done. The results mentioned something called "middling left axis deviation." Can you explain what this might mean?

Due to neck and shoulders pain, the ECG showing middling left axis deviation may indicate a possible heart condition. It is recommended to consult a cardiologist for further evaluation and management. In the meantime, you can take Acetaminophen 500mg every 6 hours as needed for pain relief.
