However, she's still dealing with a really annoying dry cough, especially at night, which is making it hard for her to sleep well. We started giving her Kasnajiva and SeptilinhIMALAYA yesterday, but the cough hasn't improved much. Do you have any suggestions on what we should do next or if there's something else we could try? I'm really worried about her lack of sleep.
