I've smoked 43 cigarettes over the last 8 months and I've stopped now, but I'm really worried. How much harm could that have done to my health? Am I safe, or should I be concerned about any potential diseases? I'd really appreciate some advice on this.

I'm having some troubles with my breathing and I'm feeling really worried. It's like I can't take a deep breath properly and my brain feels like it's not functioning properly. I've been feeling constantly tired and my head feels pressured, almost like the oxygen isn't reaching my brain even though I'm breathing normally. It's a consistent issue that just doesn't go away. Could there be something wrong with how the oxygen is getting to my brain? I'm really looking for some guidance on this. Please help me understand what's going on.

I'm really worried about my mom. She's 68 and has been having this pain in her lower breast and rib area. Her CECT chest scan says it's likely COVID pneumonia, but the RTPCR test came back negative. Her CTSI score is 325, and she's got a mild cough, but no fever. Could this still be COVID? What should I do next?

I'm curious if pleurisy or pulmonary effusion could be causing me pain in my calf muscles. About three years ago, I was treated for pulmonary effusion, and since then, I've had a slight pain when breathing. But now I've also got this calf muscle pain. Could these be connected? What should I do about it?

Yes that would cause calf muscle pain due to weakness and lack of proper nutrients, consume healthy food and take adequate rest,if its becoming worse visit Physician
