I've noticed something strange lately. My foreskin and penis were just fine before, the foreskin used to roll back without any issuesno tightness or pain. After a day of heavy masturbation, the foreskin suddenly became really tight and doesn't roll back as easily as it used to. If I try to force it back, it feels like an elastic band is squeezing my penis. Any idea what's going on and how I can fix it?

It seems you're experiencing a condition known as:
Phimosis
or foreskin tightness. This can be caused by:
- Over-manipulation: Excessive masturbation or forceful retraction of the foreskin.
- Inflammation: Irritation or infection can lead to scarring and tightening of the foreskin.
Symptoms:
- Difficulty retracting the foreskin
- Pain or discomfort during retraction
- Tightness or constriction of the penis
To alleviate symptoms:
- Stop forceful retraction: Avoid pulling back the foreskin forcefully.
- Apply topical creams: Use topical corticosteroid creams to reduce inflammation.
- Practice gentle hygiene: Clean the area gently with mild soap and water.

View allCan you suggest medication to help pass this kidney stone naturally without surgery? I've been taking the attached meds but wondering if there are better options or if I should stick with the current ones
Over-the-counter pain medications, like ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB), acetaminophen (Tylenol), or naproxen (Aleve), can help you endure the discomfort until the stones pass. Your doctor also may prescribe an alpha blocker, which relaxes the muscles in your ureter and helps pass stones quicker and with less pain

I recently got married about three weeks ago and had great intercourse with my wife for four days straight. Once we tried on the 5th and 6th days, I started facing some erection problems. Can you please give me some advice on what might be happening?

My dad had prostate surgery 3 years ago but still has urinary retention issues and has been dealing with prostate problems for like 20 years. The doctor just put in a urine drainage bag. Is this normal after so many years of prostate issues or should we be worried about something else going on?
Yes, long-standing prostate issues can lead to bladder damage and retention even after surgery. A urologist may assess for bladder dysfunction or urethral narrowing with urodynamic studies.
