I've noticed some red dots on the glans of my penis and on the inside of the foreskin. There are about 56 of these red spots. They're not itchy or causing any discomfort, but I'm concerned about the redness. What could this be, and should I be worried about it?

View allI'm dealing with red spots on my penis again after having them a year ago and getting treated. Now, every time I masturbate, they come back. Plus, if I keep the area dry, it just gets super dry and shiny. I usually masturbate about three times a week. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I've been using Tugain 5 for a while, but my doctor recently switched me to Minokem F 5. After trying it for about two months, I'm noticing a big increase in hair fall. Im kind of worried and wondering if anyone has any suggestions or ideas about what might be going on, especially since getting an appointment with my doctor isnt that easy right now.
It seems like you may be experiencing a side effect from the new medication. I would recommend discussing this with your doctor to explore other treatment options. In the meantime, you can consider using Minoxidil solution (brand name: Rogaine) as an alternative for hair loss treatment. Apply 1mL of Rogaine solution twice daily on the scalp to promote hair growth.

I'm concerned about using retino A with a 0.05 concentration. I've been using it off and on for the past two years, and more regularly on alternate days for the last year. I'm wondering if there are any side effects I should be aware of. Also, is it safe for me to keep using it for a longer period?
-Retino A (0.05%) is effective for skin concerns, but long-term use can cause dryness, irritation, or increased sensitivity. It's fine to use it regularly, but ensure you take breaks and hydrate your skin. Consult with your dermatologist to assess if it
