I've heard a lot about dairy products causing acne. I'm wondering if I should stop drinking milk to avoid getting pimples. I don't eat chocolate, cheese, or butter, but I do drink a glass of milk every day. Will that lead to breakouts? Should I cut back on milk?

View allI have these stubborn stitch marks on my face and they're really bothering me. What's the best way to get rid of them completely? Would laser treatment or surgery work better, or should I try cosmetic creams or gels first? Any recommendations for specific products that might help?
To minimize the appearance of stitch marks on the face, a combination of topical treatments, professional interventions, and good skincare practices can be helpful. While surgical scar revision or laser treatments may offer more significant results, starting with topical creams and gels is a good first step.
